When are the Pods open?

The pods open at the start of the Easter School holidays and close at the end of September.

Do you have specific arrival days of the week?

In peak season we have arrivals on a Friday or a Monday.  Off-peak arrival days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Is there a minimum stay length?

Off-peak the minimum stay length is two nights.  In peak season if you arrive on a Friday the minimum stay is three nights and if you arrive on a Monday the minimum stay is four nights.  For Bank Holidays the minimum stay is three nights.

Can I stay longer than the minimum stay?

Yes you can stay longer.  The booking system will show you what days are available for check-out once you select your arrival day.

How many people can the pods sleep?

The pods can sleep 2 adults and 3 children.

What is in the Pods?

Each Pod has sheets for the beds.  It also has glasses, cutlery, large plates, side plates & bowls for five people and two wine glasses. In the kitchen there is a sharp knife, tongs, chopping board, teapot, bottle opener, washing up liquid & brush and some teabags, salt & sugar sachets.

Is there a shower in the Pods?

There is no shower in the Pod itself.  We have two cold showers as you come off the beach which are great for washing off the sand.  Hot showers are available in our two services blocks with two showers exclusively for our Pod guests. 

Can we make a group booking?

We are a family park and do not cater for hens or stags or large groups of adults.  Families holidaying with other families are more than welcome.

Can I pick a different Pod when I arrive?

Pods have all been selected by guests at the time of booking so changing Pods is not possible when we are at full capacity.  In the off season it may be possible to change if another Pod is not booked and it has been prepared for arrivals.

Can we bring our Pets with us?

We love dogs but unfortunately dogs are not permitted in the Pods. Please note that for the dogs health & safety keeping them in a car or outside crate is not an option.

Can family or friends come visit us during our stay?

Due to limited parking availability visitors are not permitted if arriving by car.  Pedestrian visitors are welcome but please make sure you are at the pedestrian gates to let them in.  For security reasons we do not let people into the park if they are not accompanied by a resident.

What are the check-in / check-out times?

Check-in is from 3pm - 8pm.  Check-out on the morning of departure is 10am to allow the cleaning staff time to prepare for the next guests.

Is there a late check-out?

Your pod needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure but If you would like to stay on the park and use the facilities you can add this as an 'Extra' during the booking process.  This will give you access to the visitor carpark on the day of your departure.  Please note this needs to be booked at the time of booking and can't be done on the day of depature.

Can we bring a second car with us?

We encourage people to keep the carbon footprint down.  If you need to bring a second car with you it will have to park in the visitor carpark.  You can add this as an 'Extra' at the time of booking.
